The Silent Ripple is a growing global community of highly conscious leaders and change-makers.

The dominant inspiration for those leaders connecting with our movement is an eagerness to evolve their knowledge of energy, consciousness and energetic expansion, so they can more positively impact the individuals and organisations they interact with.

Our aim is to help these engaged leaders maximise their personal and business impact through working with the New Earth Energetic Architecture to create a Silent Ripple of positively disruptive change; ultimately bringing about a better world for all.

We launched The Silent Ripple in 2023 with a vision to create a global wave of highly conscious and connected leaders who are plugged into the New Earth energy and who evolve to become co-creators of upgraded corporate and entrepreneurial structures. 

Many organisations across the globe are run by leaders who embody traditional, one-dimensional approaches to engaging with employees. At the core of their belief system is often a scarcity mindset which drives their overriding goal to create as much wealth and gain for a minority of shareholders as possible. This single dimensional, reductive approach often leaves employees immersed in low frequencies, such as anxiety, tension and fear. This type of leader is often driven by individualistic objectives and generally not cognisant of the opportunity they have to use the corporate structure as an opportunity to create a better society for all. 

Highly conscious leaders tap into the broader knowing and remembrance of the interconnectedness of the universe. They understand that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. As such, their leadership roles and environs offer them a ‘playground’ to put into practice what they remember – that we are here to operate from a place of kindness, compassion and ultimately love, as that is who we are.

They have an intrinsic knowing that embracing an abundance and joyful mindset fosters a psychological safe and positive environment where the wider business and its stakeholders at all levels, including its people, can thrive. They understand and promote the opportunity business has to act as a positive force for good. This leads to greater results and ultimately more sustained growth through a positive, engaged and highly diverse culture. 

The Silent Ripple leadership community is cognisant of the impact they have in the roles they hold. Managing organisations and start-ups is as much about energy management as people management and leadership development. Our leadership community actively exchanges innovative and leading-edge ideas with each other, together contributing to a global wave of elevated consciousness, positivity, and betterment for all.
